Name: Box Jumps
Type of obstacle: Mandatory
Description: Mostly viewed in Stadium event, the box jump is the exact same exercises you would perform at your local CrossFit gym. You must complete the prescribed amount of jump on top of the wooden box. Starting from the ground, you jump on the box, stand up, and jump/step back into initial position.
Rules: You must re-start the obstacle if you fail to complete all box jumps or neglect to lock your legs while on the top of the box.
