Description: It possible you’ll encounter large water or mud puddle to cross during your next Spartan race. Depending on the location and time of the year, you may have to conquer the Water Moats, Rolling Mud, Trenches or Rolling Snow. The Rolling Mud obstacle is a series of hills followed by a pool of water.
Rules: Beware of not skirting around the obstacle, or you may have to re-start. All participants must stay in the obstacle boundaries, or they could get disqualified from the race. Also, no diving is allowed in the water.
