Description: The Spartan Ladder is a metallic structure shaped like a triangle. Participant must climb under the obstacle to reach the ridge of the ladder and ring the first bell. After, they have to go down the other side of the ladder and ring the last bell.
Rules: Once a participant has left the gourd he is committed to that lane and can’t touch the ground before ringing the second bell. You can’t climb above the ladder or use the side of the structure.
